Yellowstone Week 4 /
7:33 PM
Sze Ying's store manager, Mike and his roomie Dan brought us out on a grand tour around Yellowstone! After breakfast, we went to Kepler Cascades, West Thumb Geyser Basin, Lake Hotel, Buffalo Bill State Dam, then to Cody (a town just outside the east entrance of the park) for lunch. As we were driving towards Cody, we found a meticulously built snowman.. Which Dan later on destroyed. This picture of Dan is hilarious so I just gotta post it up! At Cody, we had our first non-EDR meal at a diner called Irma's! The food was really yums! Mike brought us to Walmart after that, and I think us girls went a little overboard there.. Heh. Can't blame us, it was our first shopping trip after being stuck in the park for so long! Drove into the park again and this time, we drove to the Lake Butte Overlook, Mud Volcano (bubbling mud!), Sulphur Cauldron (it really stinks of rotten eggs in the summer), Upper Falls and Norris Geyser Basin. We were so exhausted by the end of it all! But also really thankful to Mike for being so sweet to us. :) Sometime during the week, I went back to West Yellowstone again with Faith. I loved how quaint the town is. Got recommendations from locals to have lunch at Canyon Street Grill, and that's where we went for burgers & milkshakes! The weather was great that day - not too chilly - and we had a fun time shopping! Our favourite part of the day was when we found a scrapbooking shop there - needless to say we ended up spending a little over an hour there buying scrapbook material! Ended our day with dessert & coffee. Perfecto! :)

/ about me
I'm just an ordinary girl who is blessed with extraordinary people in my life. I have a very supportive family, and living away from
them makes me cherish and love them even more. I have an amazing boyfriend who thinks that I am a piggy but he is my pillar of strength and I love
him very, very much. My best friends are scattered across the world (in KL, Glasgow & London) but no matter the distance, we're always there for
each other. I like to bake. A lot. I don't usually eat much of what I make though, and I'm still trying to be better at it. I like
looking at pretty things - clothes, bags, scrapbook material, typical girls' stuff. I love breakfasts and am always willing to wake up early for it, whether
it's dim sum or kopitiam breakfast or American breakfast. My boyfriend cooks a very mean breakfast! (:
